About the Author

After earning a BS degree in Professional/Technical Writing from Utah State University, Rachel worked in the software industry, creating user documentation and help files. Years of crafting instructional content prepared her to write a how-to manual that helps people overcome obstacles and accomplish specific goals. In 2013, she started her own business, True Story LLC, which offers writing, editing, and proofreading services to create and elevate nonfiction content.
