About the Author

In addition to his extensive teaching career, Dr. Lee spent 31 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Chaplain, with 12 years active duty, and 19 years as a Reservist, retiring with the rank of Colonel. Three summers were spent in the Pentagon developing programs for Air Force families.

Anne was born in Finland where she received degrees in education and nursing. After her theological education (BA, MA, and Ph.D) she joined the faculty at Continental Theological Seminary in Belgium where she taught missiology and religious studies for 10 years. She also taught in Europe (Finland and Russia), West Africa (Senegal, Liberia, and Ivory Coast) and Asia (Philippines and Nepal). Currently she is a spiritual care practitioner in Canada and is actively involved in the local church in which her husband is a senior pastor. Anne is an ordained minister with Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and a part of the group of trainers for new missionary candidates within her denomination. Anne is married to Riku and they have a son Alex Richard. They live in Vancouver, BC.
