About the Author

Chuck Solomon owns and operates a successful home improvement business serving the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill) area of North Carolina (see www.CarolinaHandyman.com). Mr. Solomon has been a handyman most of his life, helping his dad and uncles with home projects starting at an early age. He went on to college and graduate school and worked for non-profits, consulting, information technology and human resources fields but always did handyman/home improvement projects for himself and others. This guide book is the compilation of the many hours worked in starting and growing his own home improvement business. When not fixing things, Mr. Solomon enjoys hiking, paddling, cooking, traveling and spending time with his family.
