About the Author

G. R. Gillien is a screenwriter and puppet maker, with a background on graphic design and a member of the SCBWI. Born in Argentina, he now resides in Los Angeles with his wife and son. An Adventure of Captain Tim & the Tin Machine is the first of a series of books and it's based on the characters and universe created for an original Children's Educational TV Show along the lines of Blue's Clues and Sesame Street. His work as puppet maker includes The Wheels on the Bus trilogy (Armstrong Moving Pictures), Groovy David Dance Party pilot and U2 puppets With or Without Them video, all available on YouTube.
