She also has demonstrated excellent group facilitation, conflict management and coaching skills, and is committed to helping others reach their full potential.

In terms of education and training, Marie holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and two masters degrees. The first, in Nonprofit Management and the second in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is also trained in mediation and has a certificate in Corporate Training.
