About the Author

I'm Priscilla. I'm a Personal Trainer, and an Educator in Children's Services, and most importantly a mother to three beautiful children. My qualifications range from having my Bachelor of Education, Certificate IV in Fitness and Nutrition, Certificate IV in Nursing, Radio Co Host, and now a part owner in the creation of these books. The creation of this idea started with my son. As a parent all I wanted was to see my child be happy, healthy, and confident. It was disheartening to see his frustrations with his own perception of his ability to perform in exercises alongside his peers during sports. My son often sat on the bench, or was seen walking around not wanting to participate in activities. This negatively then started to have an impact on more aspects of his learning and development. I had to help him. Being an educator I started to see a pattern of this with a lot of our children, so I tried to think of fun ways to help my son and other children gain the physical skills they needed to be confident. Through all my different roles I always knew my aim was to teach, motivate, empower, and inspire. So I decided on the journey to create relatable inspiring children's exercise books.

I'm Bernard. Creativity is my talent and empowerment is my passion. My Bachelor of Design Degree has led me on a creative journey through signage, packaging design, web, digital design, illustration, photography, and printing. Making my move to marketing manager brought me into the world of understanding people. After 6 years of managing relationships with suppliers, fellow managers and industry professionals, I discovered my passion, empowering others. As I make my next move into the role of life coach and business owner, I feel excited and warmed knowing I will be helping others live their purpose.
