About the Author

John A. Hoschette is a Technical Director with Lockheed Martin in Eagan, Minnesota. He has also worked with other world-class organizations such as Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, and Loral. Mr. Hoschette has helped more than 5,000 engineers enhance and advance their career development. Additionally, he is a senior member of the IEEE, the author of more than sixty published papers, and adjunct professor at several universities. He is also the author of Career Advancement and Survival for Engineers.
