LeChell Rush Honorat, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She is graduate of Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and certified Engineer in Training. Additionally, holds and Executive MBA from Texas Women’s University. She is a dedicated anime watcher, manga and book reader, STEM and HCBCU advocate, photography enthusiast and occasionally likes to pretend she still an athlete. She currently lives in Houston, TX with her family.
