The objective of this book is to show children that they should never give up on their dreams and that everything happens for a reason. My character has one dream only, which is to become a professional baseball player. At a young age he believes in that dream and continues to follow it wholeheartedly. As he ages, he realizes that his dream is much harder to fulfill than he previously thought and somewhat begins to lose sight of it. Not realizing it, he encounters different obstacles throughout his life which he cannot understand. Little does he know that everything is really happening for a reason - to get him on the field as a baseball player. He realizes that even though he may have given up on his dream, his dream never gave up on him. This story shows children that not even the greatest disaster can stop them from reaching their goals and that there will always be hope, even when they consider giving up.
