About the Author

Evadeen Brickwood wuchs in Karlsruhe auf, studierte Sprachen und Kulturwissenschaften und liess sich vor mehr als 20 Jahren im südlichen Afrika nieder. Sie arbeitete in Botswana als Übersetzerin und Lehrerin, und zog nach Südafrika. Evadeen schreibt Romane auf Englisch und Deutsch und und ist seit 2006 Mitglied bei PEN Südafrika.
