About the Author

Donald MacLeod is research professor at Tyndale Theological Seminary, Toronto. He has been President (and a founder) of the Renewal Fellowship Within The Presbyterian Church in Canada and is also a past president of the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada. Awarded the Donald Grant Creighton Award for his 2004 biography of W. Stanford Reid, he is President of the Canadian Society of Presbyterian History since 2010, he has been a frequent contributor to academic papers and conferences. He holds two honourary degrees from Gordon Conwell and Westminster Theological Seminaries. He is married to Judith and they have two adult sons and five grandchildren. Since they moved back to Canada from Boston twenty-one years ago the MacLeods have made their home in Brighton, Ontario.
