About the Author

Dr. Steven Collins is Executive Dean of Trinity Southwest University, where he lectures in the College of Biblical and Theological Studies, and serves as Dean of the College of Archaeology and Biblical History. He is Director and Chief Archaeologist for the Tall el-Hammam/Sodom Excavation Project in Jordan, and is one of the world's foremost biblical archaeologists. Although Dr. Collins' "day job" is as an academician, biblical scholar and archaeologist, he is profoundly committed to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to the fulfillment of the Great Commission-making disciples!
