When Sonja and Lacey are given a year of community service for peeping, they both thought the sentence was harsh. But little did they know how bad things were about to become. Rushed from the police station in the early morning hours, they were boarded onto a private plane and flown to a small island in international waters where they would serve out their sentence in the city of Obsequium.
