Overview

Memphis rapper Yo Gotti explores different sides of his personality on his ambitious 11th studio album CM10: Free Game. The 22-track album is split into two distinctive halves, with the first side focusing on wealth and opulence and the second on street hustling. Throughout the album, Yo Gotti exemplifies how he straddles the line between these extremes of his identity at all times, pointing out how he's the same person in his mansion that he was in his earlier street days on "Just Left the Hamptons," and rapping about having too much money to fit in his safe on the relaxed, breezy "Strapped in Calabasas." He tackles the majority of the material on his own, but is joined by Shenseea singing the hook on "Forever Ballin'," and a host of rappers who show up for the more trap-leaning tracks. Among these, 42 Dugg and EST Gee contribute to album standout "Cold Gangsta," and Kodak Black makes a cameo appearance on "Ima Show You." ~ TiVo Staff
