About the Author

Julie Nutting is a mixed-media artist with a degree in fashion design. Her work has been featured in several issues of Somerset Studio, including the cover of the winter 2008 issue of Somerset Studio Gallery and the September 2009 issue, featuring her work in a 5-page spread showcasing "pink" art inspired by breast cancer awareness. Julie currently teaches workshops at the Fontana Art Center and has been selling her work through Etsy for over a year.
