L. Scott Swanson is a long-time newspaper writer and editor from northern lower Michigan. During his career he has been an award-winning writer of humorous newspaper columns. For the past 15 years he has been the owner/editor of the Straitsland Resorter, a weekly newspaper based in Indian River, MI.
