About the Author

Veronica Page, native New Yorker, is currently living and writing in Los Angeles, California. Page graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City with an AAS degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising, but Page wasn’t about to stop there. She went on to attend the Wilfred Academy of Hair and Beauty Culture in New York City where she received a Certificate Hairdressing and Cosmetology. Additionally, she receive a Certificate of Completion in Independent Filmmaker and Producer’s Diploma from Dov S-S Simens at Hollywood Film Institute. And won “best tragedy” in Scottsdale Community College Film Winterfest for “Knowing The Unknown”.
Aside from her wide range of education, Page travelled the world, globetrotting from Los Angeles, California to Brussels, Belgium. In addition to having owned two American Hair Salons in Brussels, Graffiti I and Graffiti II, and creating her own fashion and cosmetic line, Page began her writing career in non-fiction. She was a contributor for a number of beauty and salon magazines as well as had articles appear in the widely circulated newspaper New York Amsterdam news. She has also written several screen plays, stage plays and composed a 13 hour radio series for BRT-Belgium Radio entitled Harlem, the Past, the Present and the Future.
