Her work with aspiring, new and experienced leaders focuses on the components of leadership that get results through building relationships. These components include self-assessment, emotional intelligence, trust buildiing, leadership presence, coaching and mentoring. Her observations and experiences enrich her own practice.
Through Leadership Options, she is developing an in-person and online community to share ideas and issues relevant to leaders who want to make a difference through the practice of Affective Leadership.
Readers can read her blogs at www.LynBoyer.net and they can learn and participate in this community at LeadershipOptions.com.
Dr. Boyer travels extensively and resides on the beautiful west coast of Florida with her husband and two rescue dogs, Sam and Alex.
