About the Author

Prof Dr Lucky Yona is a Director of Research and Publication at ESAMI (Eastern and Southern African Management Institute). He holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA), Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) and Masters of Philosophy (MPHIL) from Maastricht, Bachelor of commerce (BCOM) and Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Presently he is finalizing his PHD (Doctor of Philosophy) degree with Euraka University (Switzerland). Lucky is an experienced Consultant and International Trainer. He has also published various books in the area of finance and accounting and numerous papers in International Peer Reviewed Journals. Prior to joining ESAMI he worked with various reputable institutions and companies in different senior capacities. He was previously the Financial Administrator (AMREF), Business Manager (International School of Moshi), College Bursar (Kilimanjaro Christian Medical College) and Chief Accountant (Iscor Mining). He has also taught at the Nyegezi Social Training Institute (Now St Augustine University in Tanzania). Lucky teaches the MBA courses at ESAMI Business School and specializes teaching Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance and International Finance.
