About the Author

I have spent many years independently producing television shows that have aired regionally and nationally. I have spent many years serving my community as a volunteer fire fighter, and worked in many different positions in the food industry. I worked on the clean-up efforts during the 2010 oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and I am the only member of the media that was allowed to be embedded in the oil spill from the beginning to the end. You will be shocked to read about my true story and knowledge from the information I gained from working during the clean-up in another book I will be publishing soon called, "The Oil Spill Mole." I've enjoyed cooking ever since my sisters opened their first Easy Bake Oven on Christmas morning when we were kids, and I still learn something new every time I cook.
