Christine Saahs ist Köchin, Bäuerin und Wachauerin aus Leidenschaft. Sie liebt den weiten Blick über dieses vielleicht schönste Tal der Donau, in dem sie geboren ist. Am Nikolaihof, dem ältesten Weingut Österreichs, lebt und arbeitet sie mit ihrer Familie. Seit 1971 beschäftigt sie sich mit biodynamischer Landwirtschaft.
