Correlation of potential and current density in reinforced mortars
The main objective of this study is to provide more data on the use of natural pozzolan and perlite located in the western region of Algeria as a cement substitute for making mortars with different pozzolan percentages.The results were interpreted by DATA TAFEL. It shows the corrosion rate by correlating the potential as a function of the current density measured for several reinforced pozzolanic mortars immersed in aggressive media (accelerated corrosion) in accordance with various international recommendations.
