It is an advantage for wildlife photographers to be creative when trying to capture great images of birds, mammals, and other creatures. Photo blinds offer plenty of advantages. An established blind allows wildlife to acclimate to a shooting location over time, and blinds can be built to withstand weather extremes. Putting together a permanent blind is easy, particularly when using imagination.

About the Author

Wendy Shattil is the rarest of species— a full-time professional nature photographer. She teamed with late husband, Bob Rozinski for more than 30 years and continues to publish award-winning images worldwide. Wendy and Bob's reputations as environmental photographers led to producing prize winning, sensitive interpretations of wildlife and its environment throughout North America.
