Overview

Sullivan Rourk makes an ambitious and daring takeover of the Desert Pueblo Indian casino. Once he is in control, he discovers that the previous manager was partnered with the Aryan Brotherhood prison gang and that they were laundering money through the casino. Robert Rand was born in 1965 in Orange County, CA. His early entry into drug abuse led to a life of criminal activity. He accumulated 25 years worth of prison terms for crimes ranging from possession of explosives to auto theft to forgery and assault.
