About me,
I am 54, english, living in Germany for 5 years I have 4 daughters.
I have been in the catering industry since I was 17. My husband is a chef.

My passion is baking, I had a home baking business in uk
I now work baking in a large bakery where everything is made from scratch and hand made

The book is called cupcakes with a difference.
The differences are
Its a recipe book rather than novelty make its.
I have had many people say they would love to bake but can't get it right.
As I have kids and husband is a chef we Have always cooked and baked with the kids so it seemed a good idea to treat the book as lessons,
I was inspired to write this book by a book I had as a child in the 1970s which taught kids to cook.
My book starts basic, and advances to more complex. All the recipes are in large print and East to follow by kids with their parents, adults wanting to learn and anyone having issues with sight such as me.
The recipes become more complex as the book goes on
Its full of tips and hints and even some cupcakes with alcohol for those girls or guys night in.
The recipes are either a twist on classics or some created by me,

One of the cupcakes is even inspired by Duff Goldman, he once did a video my favourite thing to eat.
There was a dessert called CMP
Chocolate, Peanut butter and marshmallow fluff in a glass.

I totally changed the CMP, incorporated it as a cupcake and added more chocolate on top and sugar shards.
