About the Author

Sherry Neish Russo makes her home in upstate New York, with her husband Sam and their Standard Poodle Truxton. They have two sons, two daughters-in-law, and five Grandchildren. They also have one married surrogate daughter, with 2 children, and one unmarried surrogate daughter. Singing and dancing is how she spent most of her life. Sherry owned and operated her own Dance Studio for 35 years. She also studied voice and sang with The Downtown Singers, for 20 years. As a teacher of dance, she taught tap, jazz, character, partnering, and classical ballet. She produced and directed 35 shows, including 27 original ballets.
Along with teaching, she directed & performed in many variety shows, entertained at nursing homes, and operated a teacher's training program for young students who were interested in becoming teachers of dance. Beside being a talented story teller, she is an accomplished Photographer, and has a keen interest in Genealogy.
