Overview

In a whirlwind tale, action spans from Jerusalem to Manila to Washington DC. Eco-terrorists use biological weapons to try to coerce governments to change policies on environment and reproductive rights. The author, a former U.S. official responsible for policies relating to foreign biological weapons intelligence and policy, made the plot scientifically and historically accurate, although the characters and plot are totally fictitious.

About the Author

Kathleen Cordelia Bailey is an artist, writer, and filmmaker. She is producer and screenwriter of the feature film, Revenge In Kind. Additionally, she is an expert on the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and has worked in the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Arms Control & Disarmament Agency, and at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. She earned a PhD in political science from the University of Illinois.
