About the Author

Dr. B. Ramaswamy obtained his Graduate and Master degrees from Loyola College and Delhi School of Economics. He completed his Doctorate in 'Sociology' from Singhania University and Honorary Doctorate from Cosmopolitan University. He is Visiting Fellow, Advisor, and Member in several prestigious Government institutions and private bodies. He has published many articles and books.
