About the Author

The author's credentials include "Santa and Doors", published in the anthology "Phobia" by Free Spirit Press, "Schnapps", published in the anthology "Vernacular" by Poets Choice Publishing, and "The Path Best Followed", published in the inaugural anthology collection LFG by Nat1 LLC.
He is in his 50's, married, with two grown sons who no longer live at home. His oldest has cerebral palsy and while he does live in a care home, the author still actively provide care for him. He currently lives in Georgia, just outside of Atlanta.
The author is a retired Police Detective and Hostage Negotiator, currently working as an Analyst. I write part time for personal enjoyment and enrichment.
He served four years of active duty in the United States Navy and six years active duty in the United States Army. I served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm with the Navy and in Bosnia with the Army, as well as various smaller deployments with both.
