About the Author

Carol M. Rumack, MD, FACR is Professor of Radiology and Pediatrics at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine in Aurora, Colorado. She is widely published, and her research centers on neonatal sonography of high-risk infants, particularly the brain. She is a Fellow, previous Chair of the Ultrasound Commission, past President of the American College of Radiology and the American Association for Women Radiologists, and a Fellow of both the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound.Deborah Levine, MD, FACR is Vice Chair of Academic Affairs in the Department of Radiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Dr Levine's clinical experience is in obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound, and her research is focused on fetal MRI imaging. She is an American College of Radiology Chancellor, Chair of the American College of Radiology Commission on Ultrasound, and a fellow of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and the Society of Radiologists in Ultrasound.
