Patient Care Process boxes endorsed by the Joint Commission for Pharmacy Practitioners helps learners learn how to collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. The previous edition of this pharmacotherapy reference was published in 2020.
Purpose: The original purpose of the book was to meet the educational standards of emerging Doctor of Pharmacy programs, serve as an evidence-based reference for clinical pharmacists and other clinicians involved in direct patient care, and support pharmacotherapy as a board-certified specialty in pharmacy by providing evidence of the field's comprehensive body of knowledge.
