Overview

This comedy drama chronicles the exploits of a naval officer who teams up with British researchers to oversee torpedo experiments. He is brought in after a British scientist is killed. The film is based on Hugh Hastings' play "Seagulls over Sorrento." Tensions mount when two more Yanks are sent in.
