Overview

Mia Farrow provides the tintinnabulous voice of the title character in the animated cartoon feature The Last Unicorn. Evil King Haggard (voice by Christopher Lee) has ordered the elimination of all unicorns. The last of the breed in the area journeys far and wide to rescue her fellow unicorns. To seek out her one-horned compatriots, she enlists the aid of the bumbling Schmendrick the Magician (voice by Alan Arkin). The Last Unicorn was produced by Rankin-Bass, the same Canadian cartoon partnership which brought you the Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer TV specials.
