Filmed in 1976, this DVD captures the iconic sunshine pop band on tour during Brian Wilson's (perhaps rushed) return to the band, as well as a number of interviews and studio performances, all of which ran as a television special on NBC. While Good Vibrations Tour certainly holds up as a nostalgic novelty for longtime fans of the band, those looking to get freshly acquainted with the Beach Boys would be better served by a best-of compilation like Greatest Hits, Vol. 1. ~ Gregory Heaney
