About the Author

James Keogh is on the faculty of St. Peter's College and Columbia University. He is the author of more than 60 books, including Schaum's Outline of Pharmacology and Pharmacology DeMystified.

Dana Reed is the Critical Care Educator at the Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey. He is a nationally certified critical care R.N., and holds a seat on the Board of Directors for the Northern New Jersey chapter of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the Bergen-Passaic Nurse Educators.
