Ecological therapy for Parkinson's disease: Medication, late and little
Pharmacies have no treatment for Parkinson's disease, only to relieve the symptoms. Drugs do not cure, on the contrary, they are harmful in the long term. After five years, new symptoms (which Dr Parkinson never saw) are added to those of the disease itself.

Only two treatments could halt the progression: exercise and pleasure (by increasing the body's own dopamine). Patients also benefit from sensory diet, food, dreams and microbiota. At some stage, levodopa is needed and it is better to start with the natural one (Mucuna). This book proposes an ecological management of Parkinson's disease: medication, late and little.

Dr RG Maldonado is a neurologist and well-known scientific communicator, author of books such as: The strange case of Dr Parkinson, Mucuna versus Parkinson, Natural remedies in Parkinson's disease, Parkinson and stress, Conjectures of a neurologist, Heterodox treatments in Parkinson's disease...
