About the Author

(S)am holds a graduate degree from Brown University and conducts research in both Education and Artificial Intelligence. He has taught at elementary, middle, and high school levels, as well as at university. He has also mentored researchers and provided consultation for businesses internationally. (S)am has tested educational software and innovative pedagogical techniques, such as games-based education and raps about algorithms, in class sizes ranging from 1 to 300 students.
