About the Author

Denise Warkentin-Glenn has been involved in researching and writing on the electric power industry for 12 years, and formerly served as managing editor of PennWell's Electric Light & Power and Energy Marketing magazines. In addition to Electric Power Industry in Nontechnical Language Glenn also wrote Energy Marketing Handbook: A Nontechnical Guide. She also worked for six years in marketing, sales, and communication capacities at an electric utility in Oklahoma. She resides in northeast Oklahoma with her husband and son.
