Encouragement Along The Way
Encouragement is the currency of true friendship. It is the act of kindling hope in a heart that has grown cold from adversity. Encouragement provides a moment of calm and clear thinking in the midst of all the craziness. Anyone who is engaged in an important quest needs encouragement on a regular basis. Home schooling parents are no exception.

This devotional began in the same way most literary works begin. I had a need to express my feelings, a desire to share my experiences, and a need to be encouraged in my endeavors. It seemed to me the most natural thing to do; after all, if I needed encouragement, other mothers must need it also.

This book is designed to give you encouragement throughout the school year. The verses may be read daily, weekly, monthly, or all at once. They can be used as beginnings of prayer to refresh your spirit or to share with others. Use this book in the way you need to at any specific time during your school year.
May you find encouragement through these pages, and God bless your endeavors to teach your children. “Let the words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.” -Psalm 19:14
