Overview

Caught up in an apparent act of terrorism while visiting Jerusalem, forensic archaeologist Dr. Terry Harper, experiences the birth of Christianity through the eyes of someone who was an actual Eye Witness to these events & while fighting for his very life!

Acts of the Spirit brings the New Testament to life, by interweaving a modern story of mystery and political intrigue with a Gospel presentation that takes the reader from the morning of the resurrection through Saul's conversion in a fully illustrated graphic novel format.

This is the second Book in the Eye Witness graphic novel tetraology, by award winning author/illustrator Robert James Luedke. This volume took home a silver medal at the 2007 Independent Publisher Awards, was the winning graphic novel at the 2007 Hollywood Book Festival and was a finalist in the Foreword Magazine book of the year awards.

About the Author

Award winning graphic novelist, Robert James Luedke has been involved in one way or another in the comic/graphic novel industry since 1989. From 2002 through 2010, he created the Eye Witness series of graphic novels, as his way of presenting the Gospel stories to young adult readers in a way that is both appealing and approachable.

His goal with the series, is to entertain while also enlightening readers by combining the spiritual with the dramatic and the historical. Luedke's hope is, that this series will not only appeal to Christians, but more so to those who may not be church goers or have never even picked up a Bible!
