Chapter One

Descriptions of the Non-physical Realms

There are realms of reality that are invisible to us in nature; however, when interacting with the flowers, it is important to be aware of them. Non-physical natural realms include Pan, the elementals, the devas, the fairies, and other nature spirits as well as the realms of the Archangels and Angels and Ascended Masters and Saints.

When choosing or making flower essences, it is preferable to make a connection with these realms, as they offer essential co-creative assistance. Co-creation means that we consciously realize that there are vast arenas of knowledge and assistance, and that we can work with those other planes to support the vibrations of the natural world. Together these realms offer amazing healing and evolutionary services to the human energy field. Their perspective from "the other side" or "upstairs" enhances our ability to see the whole picture, especially the picture of the human energy system.

When we are working co-creatively with the other realms, it is like being in a traffic helicopter hovering over the earth, rather than just being in an individual car at rush hour weaving its way through a maze of traffic. From the ground, the potential delays and traffic jams cannot necessarily be perceived, as they might be around the next bend, but the traffic helicopter can see the whole picture. When we work with the nonphysical realms, we acknowledge their wiser, more informed, and wider perspective that is available to us.

Other realms of reality are invisible to us because they vibrate at a different frequency. Scientists have shown that birds sing very complex songs, but we only hear a small portion of them. Bees see colors that, in most cases, we cannot experience. Just as a radio can tune into a certain stations, so too, we for the most part, are only tuning into a specific spectrum of frequency. It is a good idea to remind ourselves that just because we can't quite "tune in," doesn't mean these beings don't exist.

By making a conscious effort to connect with non-physical realms, we can open to new perspectives and improve our ability to get "out of the box" of our thinking patterns to see a more complete picture. We begin to see how the web of life is created through physical and non-physical forms. When one aspect of the system breaks down, our plants are weaker, become more susceptible to diseases and harmful insects, and fail to thrive.

Pan

Pan has been called the great God of nature. Because Pan oversees the workings of nature at every level, we invoke him for our co-creative endeavors. Every culture has a version of Pan who is said to be half human and half goat. He has been called a God of meadows, forests, trees, flowers, bees, birds, beasts, and even human nature. He works at the speed of light.

Elementals

In the simplest sense, elementals are energy formations that strengthen the resonance of earth, water, fire, air, ether and star qualities in our lives. Elemental energies create form. Form is anything that is found that appears to be solid. A rock is form with a high percentage of earth elemental energy. When lying on the earth, shuffling through fall leaves on the ground, or communing with a crystal we are interacting with predominately earth elementals. When swimming in a lake, sitting beside a flowing river, or interacting with a dolphin, we are interfacing with the water elementals. To invite the fire elementals, build a fire or watch a sunset. Air and ether elementals are received through deep breathing, flying a kite, interacting with the birds or butterflies, or listening to the wind. And to unlock the magic from the star elementals, lie out under the stars and invoke their assistance.

Elementals make up the forms of plant life. The elementals that make up form, energetically pulsate, and this is all held in balance by the devas. As an analogy, it might be helpful to think of receiving an energetic balancing from an energy healer. The healer is working to bring balance to your entire energy system. Similarly, a group of elements form together to become a plant. What works to hold that plant energetically in place, is a deva.

Devas

Devas "manage" a more complete expression of form. Once the form becomes an expression of a design of complex order, devas bring organization and life vitality. Deva energy for a flower for example, holds the imprint or full intelligence and uniqueness of that flower. It holds together its "architecture" or sacred geometry. At first the potential flower was a combination of elemental energies. Once those energies became a distinct form, another level of frequency is ignited. This becomes the deva energy. High quality flower essences will always hold the live quality of the deva. The deva holds the imprint of the essence and makes it available to the intelligence of the body. It holds an "imprint" or pattern that brings information into the human energy system.

We can call forth deva intelligence in making flower essences. We can also invoke the devas when working in the garden, as they often can assist with plants that are not flourishing and help in numerous other ways that are beyond what we can imagine.

There are overlighting devas of the soil, the atmosphere, the waters, mountain peaks, and other arenas. There is a specific deva over your property. Specific devas can be invoked to help us to know which specific flower devas would be of assistance for our own healing, healing others, or healing plants or animals. These devas are almost computer-like as they run rapidly though all the options and suggest the best alternatives. Chapters that follow cover this in more detail.

Fairies

Fairies govern the overall health of the flora on earth. They busy themselves with taking care of the plants and the flowers. It could be said that fairies energetically assist the devas, so that the devas can continue to manage form. Humans take care of the plants by planting, nourishing, watering, and other gardening duties. Fairies are doing a similar job on another dimension. The fairies support the devas that have created the form, and the elementals make up the forms.

There are fairies associated with every type of flora and each has its own unique characteristics. The varieties and kinds of fairies are as numerous as the varieties of plants themselves. One way to sense the fairy realm is to notice when you are feeling like dancing or being very playful in the garden. They bring a quality of amusement, delight, playfulness and vitality to both our cultivated and non-cultivated natural areas. If natural areas are disturbed without consideration for these realms, it is much harder for the non-physical beings to perform their functions.

The fairies are very content to work without human interaction. They ignore us the way we generally ignore them. However, if we consciously make an effort to invoke them on a regular basis, they will be exceedingly delighted to work with us in the garden and help us to co-create something very beautiful. The flowers will flourish and, because of the harmony that is created by bringing in both non-physical and physical functions, balance will prevail. The weather will bring all that is necessary; the soil will hold all the right nutrients, and the birds, insects, and animals will bring harmony.

If we are able to maintain high vibrations of love, compassion, sanctuary, and peace in our gardens, that will encourage the fairies as well. And the fairies like an area consecrated, such that it will never be disturbed. So we make an agreement with the fairies that even a small area will be left wild. They are able to anchor their "web" or dimension of being from this undisturbed area.

The refined frequencies of the fairies cannot co-exist with inharmonious environments. Our skepticism and negative projections deter them and their dimensions can "collapse" and literally disappear. An area left wild, allows them to secure and anchor their frequencies. The fairies, on their own level, have webs that "weave" or "hold" their balance and grace. The more we believe that the fairies do not exist; the more they simply do not exist, merely because the vibrational frequency of a skeptic is a negative frequency not conducive to the presence of fairy frequencies!

Archangels and Angels

Archangels and Angels have very different frequencies and have a number of specialized functions that can help us in our gardens. Archangels can be invoked for beauty, abundance, healing, prayer, assisting with animals, artistic projects, all of our garden projects and for many other forms of assistance.

For help in making the garden and its surroundings beautiful, Aphrodite, Archangel Jophiel, Isis, and Lakshmi can be invoked. For a feeling of gracious generosity, amidst natural surroundings, call forth Abundantia and Ganesh. Archangel Cordelia is often invoked for a successful and beneficial garden.

You can tell that Archangels and Angels are present when there is a feeling of support, much like a column holds up a temple. There is a sense of sublime strength, courage, and inner peace around you and the gardens. The energies are moving in an upward direction. There is probably at least one Archangel that is working with you whether you are conscious of it or not. As you grow in your awareness, you will want to honor that Archangel's presence by invocation and with devoted gratitude.

Ascended Masters and Saints

Ascended Masters and Saints are great spiritual teachers, gurus, or healers who have lived on the Earth in human form. They have passed from the Earth plane but are available on etheric planes and can communicate to us all kinds of magnificent knowledge and wisdom. We are appreciative of the fact that they at one time lived on the Earth plane, for they have an intimate knowledge of the kinds of challenges we face. Examples of Ascended Masters and Saints that we might call into service for our gardening activities are Universal Blessed Virgin Mary, Lord Krishna, Saint Francis, Saint Therese, St. Bernard, and St. Patrick.

It is from all of these realms and from the dimension of the Akashic Records, that access to messages from the flowers became available for this book. During deep meditation, Mary, the Beloved Mother, Saint Therese, Saint Francis, and Saint Bernadette unexpectedly brought forth the messages from the flowers. We are eternally grateful for the crystal clarity of the information these flowers communicated to us and the supreme services they offer via the etheric realms of assistance of Love and Light.

Inquiry: Go into your garden or any natural surroundings and find a quiet place to sit and close your eyes. Without too much thinking, go into the attitude of what is often called apophatic prayer. This is a prayer without words. It is based on the belief that prayer with words automatically restricts us to the box or paradigm that the words put us into. Words themselves have limits, and we don't want our prayers to be limited in their scope. Apophatic prayer brings us to a completely open and receptive place. In this state of bodily, mental, and emotional silence; we can begin to open up to a depth of awareness that connects us to something much larger than ourselves.

In apophatic prayer, open to feel rooted to the earth, the mountains, the water, the sun, the air and wind and to that vast, incomprehensible cosmos that you are a part of.

Now, once you have at least glimpsed this place, open your eyes and look around you. Begin to notice which non-physical realms are calling out to you. This may become clearer to you as a tree, flower, bird, insect, or rock energy seems to vie for your attention. As the object transmits its "medicine" you will gain clarity about the non-physical forces that want to co-create with you. For example, if an eagle or other large bird is found to be flying high above you, eagle itself or Ascended Masters or Archangels are calling to you. If a small flower calls to you, a fairy or deva energy wants to get your attention. Have fun with this and don't try too hard. It should all be easy and bring you into a blissful state full of joy and delight at the earth and her gifts.

Chapter Two

Essential Ritual for Co-creational Activities

We are now ready to co-create with the non-physical realms. The following steps will prepare you to make flower essences in particular, but these instructions lend themselves to all manner of co-creation. You can co-create a work of art, a manuscript, a poem; the possibilities are endless!

Five Essential Steps

Five essential steps comprise the ritual required to begin any pursuit that involves co-creating with nonphysical beings on etheric realms. These five steps are performed every time we wish to co-create. The primary reasons for performing a ritual relate to the maintenance of stability in our energetic force field, the practice of performing something repeatedly so that non-physical beings are clearly informed of our desire to have them assist us (energy follows intention), the request that the non-physical beings be of love and light frequencies, the purity of our purpose, and consistent observation of gratitude for the wisdom and knowledge non-physical realms impart.

Our communication methods with non-physical realms must be more energetic and telepathic than some of our more typical ways of communicating with each other. The approach taken to communicate with etheric beings might be considered similar to communications between a land phone (human connection) and a cell phone (etheric being). For example, a human might dial a number from a land phone that could reach a less grounded "cell phone." This call could be likened to the invocation from a human being to a non-physical being on etheric realms.

To "call" a non-physical being requires the following five essential steps that are done for practical reasons and for honoring the assistance of the non-physical beings. The following steps comprise the Essential Ritual for Co-creational Activities: Grounding Our Energy System Invocation of Non-physical Beings Asking for Only Beings of Love and Light Frequencies Clarity of Intention The Observance of Gratitude

Grounding Our Energy System

Grounding the energy system can be thought of as corresponding to plugging in a land phone in order to place a call. Our physical body derives much of its nourishment and stability from earth plane frequencies. The frequencies of experience on non-physical realms can be both intense and pleasurable, and sometimes the seductive nature of these energies can seem more important than some of the more mundane earth plane frequencies. I am sure you would agree, for example, that it is more delightful to access ecstatic frequencies through prayer or meditation then it would be to dig a well! However, both aspirations bring nourishment; water for the physical body is as important as etheric nourishment for the spirit.

Our physical body is the precious vehicle that houses multiple aspects of our being. It is important to aspire to keeping our energetic system well anchored to earth to keep ourselves grounded and moving about on earth with grace and ease. Your ability to comfortably transcend to other planes for divine communication directly corresponds to your ability to keep yourself grounded. In the process of intending to connect with higher levels of consciousness, our "antennas" are raised, and the higher the antenna, the deeper the grounding required. A thoroughly grounded energy system will assure our ability to "raise our antennas all the way up" to receive the full splendid spectrum of messages, assistance and wisdom available.

It is unlikely that you will be able to receive the support you seek, if you are not safely grounded. Non-physical realms of love and light frequencies want you to be focused and grounded, not scattered and floating around, unsure of your purpose. The co-creation activities that you will do together will result in practical applications of the wisdom and knowledge that they download to you, and they desire that you have prepared your entire energy system such that the process will be successful.

Whenever you are connecting with divine realms ask for grounding with the earth first. Here is a grounding invocation that energetically maintains your connection to the earth plane:

"Please connect my energy force field to the crystalline core structure at the center of earth. Thank-you."

Invocation of Non-physical Beings

This invocation is analogous to "placing a call" from a land phone to the cell phone of the etheric being. Non-physical beings are "paged" or invoked by repeating their name (or names) three times out loud. Here is an example of an invocation for the deva realm.

"I call forth the deva of my practice." "I call forth the deva of my practice." "I call forth the deva of my practice."

Asking for Beings of Only Love and Light Frequencies-Filtering and Discernment

In our co-creational activities we want to be sure to co-create only with beings of frequencies of unconditional love and light. Below is an invocation to recite each time that you initiate the co-creative process with non-physical realms. It ensures us that we are interacting only with frequencies of love and light. This raises the frequency of the co-creational activity. It is our responsibility as conscious cocreators to understand the importance of maintaining very high -frequency interactions by insisting upon boundaries that do not allow lower- frequency emanations to become part of the co-creative process. Hence, this creates an energetic structure (sacred geometry) of high vibration. Negative (lower) energetic patterns can distract, confuse, and sometimes even be detrimental to our co-creative efforts. You will sense the lower vibrations leave with this request. The invocation to filter out any lower vibrations is:

"I celebrate with gratitude the unseen helpers of only love and light frequencies who are co-creating with me a mission motivated by a vision of a Heaven on Earth."
