Lifting The Ceilings
Self limiting beliefs and behaviours set metaphoric ceilings. Society imposes them too.
Lift the ceilings, shine with the sun and stars.

Why do we hide who we really are in the shadows where we keep a watchful eye on the public self as it meets and greets the expectations of others?
But what about dreams?

That warm and fabulous glow of pride.

Being true to yourself excites the universe. Even being alone is not lonely.
Friendship
The joys and tribulations of friendship mediate our perceptions of ourselves and others.
Asleep
Why did the slow tortoise and the fast hare race each other? Steady wins the race, so the moral goes.
But, do mismatched races benefit anyone?
Potential
Potential is like buried gold. Once discovered it shines and radiates brilliantly.
Excitement Within
The vast inner world of the psyche reaches limitless distances where horizons do not exist.
Opening The Gate
The heart pulses; glee, excitement and anticipation, when we throw open the gate.
Who Pulls The Strings?
Do you ever feel as if someone else is pulling your life strings?
Dare To Be
Dare to be different, dare to be yourself, even if you feel everyone is watching you.
Behind The Mask
If the metaphoric masks we apply to ourselves never get a chance to be put aside tears for the lost self well up ... and slide down our cheeks.
Inspiration Calling
A fleeting new thought or vision strikes a light in our imaginations and hearts. Inspiration quivers, then quakes.

Ever feel that you have disappeared? In order to know who we are, we need to know who we are not. Finding out who we really are means we may need to disappear for awhile.

Who are you? Self perceptions can morph wildly from one situation to another, especially if the approval of others is the master.
Roller Coaster
Sometimes life feels like a wild ride on a roller coaster. Each twist and turn is life's gift of experience.
Let Them Fly!
Let's untether our children and let them fly! Are social and cultural systems really providing the 'fuel' for fantastic flight?
Keyhole
Have you found your key, to unlock the 'door' to the vastness without and within?
Listen
In the stillness we can hear things we did not know could be heard.
Inner Child
The joy of re-discovering your inner child; the excited voice of fun and silliness, nail biting anticipation, the shining smile of unconditional love, tears of remembered hurt and the pleasure of genuine surprise.
Beyond The Boundaries
There is life beyond self imposed and artificial boundaries.
Discard The Mask
Boys and girls, women and men don metaphoric masks to gain acceptance and approval from friends, family, teachers and work peers. When the masks come off there are tears ... of happiness.
Embrace
When we embrace ourselves we embrace the world the universe and each other.
Star Dust
Flying amongst the stars we see new perspectives of ourselves and others. And we know compassion.
Heart Tears
Tears of both sadness and happiness come from the heart.
Recognition
Loving yourself reverberates beyond all boundaries.
Isolation
The playground of life.
Let Go
'Letting go' has many connotations all giving freedom wings to fly.
