About the Author

Pamela Tomososki grew up in a small town in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, surrounded by animals and the great outdoors. For many years, she’s had the honor and privilege to have cared for oncology/hematology patients throughout her nursing career. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys running, working out, hiking, skiing, photographing wildlife, and caring for animals by fostering, volunteering at local shelters, and pet sitting.
