This program was designed by powerlifting world medalist Zander Guckian specifically for development of maximal strength gains in the squat, bench, and deadlift during the offseason in powerlifting. Included in this program are an extensive nutrition guide and workouts that I've hand-crafted to optimize your strength and performance in the offseason, which can lead to tremendous strength gains when it comes time to showcase your skills on the platform. While I have personally utilized these exercises to take me to the world level in powerlifting, they are also science-based and can improve strength and performance in a variety of sports. Its nature as an offseason program is beneficial in that it prioritizes raw strength, while strategically blending movements that will promote enhanced technique on the 3 core lifts: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.
