About the Author

My roots began in Patterson projects in the south Bronx, where I am proud to say I came from. As a teenager I attended Evander Childs high school, where I met high school sweetheart. after graduating we got married , at the age of twenty , I had my first child and by twenty -two , I had the pair - a boy and a girl , facing the duties of life , I found writing was the best way of letting out what I had held inside. Once again, great job.. This book picked up just where part one ended from..
More intense than ever.. I myself grew up in the projects, and could relate to all that was told. It felt like i was actually living it again as i was reading each page.. you did it again Julie, keep it going.. I'm looking out for part 3..

This book was off da hook. When I read the first book I could not wait for Part II. Well let me tell you it did not disappoint. It kept me at the edge of my seat just like the first one did. A lot of things were revealed that left you with OMG. Get the book and make sure you read part 1 first. Good Job Julie Nin. Can't wait for a Part III or a even new book.
