About the Author

Dr. Kari Malwitz is a dual-board certified physician with a subspeciality in geriatric psychiatry. She was born and raised in Fond du Lac, WI, where she currently resides with her family. She trained all over the world, starting with undergraduate studies in her hometown at the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac, followed by medical school on the island of Antigua at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine. Her psychiatry residency was completed at the University of Missouri-Columbia, and her geriatric psychiatry fellowship was completed at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
