By chance, I met two lesbians who had just moved to Washington, D.C. They were lost and I helped them to get to where they were going. It was another occasion where I was trying to be nice to people that I didn't know. Of course, at the time I didn't know that Marie and Debbie were lovers. I found that out only after we had become friends for a while.
As far as they knew I was straight and at the time that's how I wanted things. I had a high profile job and didn't want anyone to know that I'm what they call in chat-rooms on the Internet, straight-curious. Which was an interest that I gradually developed only after I graduated from college and moved to D.C.
