About the Author

Pamela Bennett is the State Master Gardener volunteer coordinator for Ohio, and is the Horticulture Educator and Director for Ohio State UniversityExtension in Clark County. She has a degree in landscape horticulture.

Maria Zampini runs the horticultural marketing firm, UpShoot, LLC, in Lake County, Ohio. She researches plant trends and develops and introduces new plants to the horticultural market.
