The universe is teeming with the potential for intelligent life, while nanotechnology and gene crispers are becoming everyday realities. Against this backdrop of modern wonders and scientific awe, The Bible and its God have become suspect, reduced to a book full of myths. But the story of Jesus, the God man who died for the world has become passé, being mocked publicly in entertainment and considered archaic myth, no longer able to guide our society. And this dilemma robs humanity of its destiny. It robs us of choice and the offer of salvation in The Bible which many no longer will consider, seeing its message as one of division and segregation.
Our beliefs shape and influence our thoughts, and The Bible provides us a unique perspective on God's plan for His creation. Without it, we are blindly leading others off a cliff. To grasp truths from the past, we must reconsider the traditions of the present.
