About the Author

William Stewart is a counsellor, supervisor and author. He has a background in nursing, psychiatric social work, student counselling and lecturing at the London college of nursing. He has written a number of self help books and is the author of the highly successful A-Z of Counselling Theory and Practice, a recognised reference book for counsellors. Angela Martin has been a counsellor for over 30 years, working in GP practices, in hospitals and within Relate. She runs a private practice and supervises other counsellors.
